1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a comprehensive selection of certified domestic and international payment instruments at checkout:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Both domestic US cards and international credit cards enabled for global online commerce are accepted.

• Shop Pay Installments: Flexible financing options powered by Affirm / Shop Pay, allowing qualified US customers to split purchases into interest-free or fixed-term monthly payments.

2. Pricing, Currency & Transparent Billing Terms

Soundara enforces strict clarity and transparency across all pricing models:

• Transaction Currency: All prices on Soundara are displayed and billed in United States Dollars (USD $). If your financial institution operates in another currency, your bank will convert the final settlement amount at their prevailing interbank exchange rate without additional merchant markups from Soundara.
• Point of Charge: Your payment method is authorized and charged at the moment your order is finalized during checkout. For custom luthier builds and bespoke console commissions, custom milestone deposit schedules may apply as agreed in writing.
• No Hidden Surcharges: Soundara does not assess credit card processing surcharges, handling markups, or hidden packaging fees. What you see in your final cart summary before clicking "Complete Order" is the exact total billed.

3. Sales Tax & Applicable Duties

In accordance with state and federal economic nexus legislation:

• Domestic US Orders: Sales tax is dynamically calculated during checkout based on your state, county, and municipal delivery address. Tax-exempt institutions (501(c)(3) educational entities, state broadcast entities) may file an exemption certificate with our accounting desk prior to ordering.
• International Freight: For international orders delivered outside the United States, customs duties, import tariffs, and local VAT are calculated during checkout where Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service is enabled, or assessed by local border agencies upon arrival.
