Terms of Service & Studio Purchase Agreement

These terms govern your purchase and use of professional audio equipment from Soundara Pro Audio LLC. By placing an order, booking an engineering consultation, or commissioning custom studio hardware, you agree to these commercial conditions.

1. Authorized Dealer Status & Authenticity Guarantee

Soundara Pro Audio is an authorized direct distributor and stocking dealer for every brand represented in our catalog. Every item shipped is factory-sealed, serialized, and backed by complete manufacturer warranties. Soundara guarantees 100% authenticity on all components, transformers, and circuitry.

2. Pricing, Invoicing & Commercial Currency

All prices are stated in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless specifically selected via regional currency selectors.
We reserve the right to correct typographical or calculation errors on pricing before order processing. If a price adjustment occurs, we will notify you and obtain written confirmation before billing.
Commercial invoices with tax-exempt certificates (for qualifying recording facilities, educational institutions, or non-profit studios) must be verified prior to dispatch.

3. Payment Methods & Verification

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct domestic/international wire transfers. For high-ticket studio orders exceeding $10,000 USD, bank wire transfer or verified commercial ACH may be required to protect against unauthorized identity use.

4. Soundara 2-Year Studio Protection Plan

In addition to the original manufacturer warranty, Soundara provides a complimentary 2-Year Extended Studio Protection Plan on all serialized hardware. This covers:

Free parts and certified technician labor for component failure under normal studio operating conditions.
Expedited bench diagnostics at our Brooklyn service lab.
Loaner units for critical recording dates where available.

5. Limitation of Liability

Soundara Pro Audio LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use hardware, including but not limited to loss of studio billable time, unrecorded audio sessions, or project deadlines.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any contracts formed with Soundara Pro Audio LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions shall be resolved in the state or federal courts situated in Fulton County, Georgia.
