To ensure peak operational performance, all serialized hardware undergoes optical verification and electrical bench testing prior to packaging:

Standard In-Stock Hardware: Dispatches within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Custom-Configured Consoles & Tube Outboard: Pre-shipment burn-in testing requires 48 to 72 hours to ensure component stability and matched stereo tolerances.
Tracking Notification: Real-time carrier tracking numbers and bills of lading (BOL) are transmitted via email as soon as the manifest is scanned at our Brooklyn distribution center.

3. Adult Signature & Delivery Inspection Protocol

Because of the high financial and operational value of professional audio equipment:

An adult signature (21 years or older) with valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory upon delivery. Carriers are instructed never to leave packages unattended on doorsteps or loading bays.
Please examine outer shipping crates and boxes prior to signing. If external damage or a triggered shock-indicator sensor is visible, note the damage on the carrier's bill of lading and photograph the package before opening.

We also support select international commercial studios in the United Kingdom, European Union, Japan, and Australia via DHL Express and specialized air cargo. For international orders, import duties and VAT are calculated at checkout where Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service is available.
